You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. API Usage Reporter may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You must not abuse API Usage Reporter, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance per the price displayed at checkout. Refunds follow API Usage Reporter's refund policy communicated at point of sale.
API Usage Reporter retains all rights to API Usage Reporter's software, designs, and brand. Customer data you submit remains yours; you grant API Usage Reporter a limited licence to process it to operate the service.
API Usage Reporter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.API Usage Reporter disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, API Usage Reporter's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or API Usage Reporter is limited to the amount you paid API Usage Reporter in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. API Usage Reporter may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive.
